3. What should I do if I forget my login password?
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen to reset your password. If you still face issues, email us at secretary@londonacademyofdentistry.co.uk.

4. How can I update my profile, payment, or contact details?
Log into the app, go to My Account, and update your information. For billing issues, reach our support team directly.

5. Does the app send reminders for classes and events?
Yes. The app sends push notifications for upcoming lectures, deadlines, and events. Make sure notifications are enabled in your phone settings.

6. Who should I contact if the app crashes or doesn’t load properly?
