Please review these terms before submitting your application to become a trainer with the London Academy of Dentistry.

Trainer Registration Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern applications, approvals, trainer listings, course delivery, payments, certification, and participation in the London Academy of Dentistry Global Trainer Network. By submitting the trainer application form, ticking the confirmation checkbox, and/or using the trainer platform, the applicant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Application and Acceptance
By submitting the trainer application, the applicant is applying to be considered for listing as an approved trainer with the London Academy of Dentistry Global Trainer Network.
Submission of the application:

Does not guarantee approval.

Does not create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or representative relationship with London Academy of Dentistry.

Is subject to academic, administrative, and document verification.
-
May be accepted, rejected, deferred, or kept pending at the sole discretion of London Academy of Dentistry.
London Academy of Dentistry reserves the right to request further information, conduct additional checks, or reject an application without being required to provide detailed reasons.
2. Accuracy of Information and Declaration
The applicant confirms that all information provided in the application is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Full name and professional title.

Qualifications and degrees.
-
Clinical speciality and areas of expertise.
-
Teaching experience.
-
Professional registration or licence.
-
Uploaded documents and certificates.
-
Training location.
-
Language of teaching.
-
Mode of delivery.

Course-related information submitted later through the platform.
Any false, incomplete, misleading, exaggerated, or unverifiable information may result in:

Rejection of the application.
-
Suspension of trainer approval.
-
Removal from the platform.
-
Withholding of trainer payout.
-
Cancellation of course listing.
-
Withdrawal of trainer certificate or recognition.
3. Qualification, Registration, and Document Verification
Applicants must upload valid and verifiable documents, including where applicable:

Dental qualification certificates such as BDS, MDS, DDS, DMD, BDent, BChD, Lic Odont, Cirujano Dentista, Stomatology degree, or equivalent.

Postgraduate degrees, diplomas, fellowships, or speciality certificates.
-
Dental council registration, professional licence, or equivalent practice authorisation.
-
Relevant training certificates.
-
Any additional documentation requested by London Academy of Dentistry.
London Academy of Dentistry reserves the right to:

Verify documents at any stage.
-
Request updated or additional documents.
-
Refuse approval if documents are unclear, expired, unverifiable, or inconsistent.
-
Suspend a trainer profile if professional registration or licence status changes.
Uploading documents does not automatically confirm approval.
4. Approval and Trainer Listing
All applications are reviewed by London Academy of Dentistry before a trainer profile is activated or published.
Approval may be granted based on:

Qualifications.

Professional registration.
-
Teaching experience.
-
Clinical experience.
-
Suitability of proposed training areas.
-
Quality of submitted documents.
-
Alignment with the academic standards of London Academy of Dentistry.
Once approved, the trainer may be listed on the London Academy of Dentistry platform for public visibility.
London Academy of Dentistry may edit, format, restructure, shorten, or standardise trainer profile content before publication.
5. Public Trainer Profile and Visibility
Approved trainers may have a public profile displayed on the London Academy of Dentistry platform.
The profile may include:

Name.

Photograph.
-
Qualifications.
-
Speciality.
-
Training location.
-
Languages of teaching.
-
Mode of delivery.
-
Areas of expertise.
-
Professional summary.
-
Approved courses.
-
Course titles, fees, schedule, and delivery format where applicable.
The purpose of the public profile is to help dentists and course aspirants discover, review, and enrol in approved training programmes.
London Academy of Dentistry reserves the right to modify or remove any profile content that is inaccurate, promotional beyond acceptable limits, misleading, poorly worded, non-compliant, or inconsistent with the Academy’s standards.
6. Annual Platform Fee
Approved trainers join the London Academy of Dentistry Global Trainer Network through an annual subscription of GBP 100.
The annual platform fee:

Is valid for 12 months from the date of activation or joining.

Is non-refundable under all circumstances.
-
Is required for profile activation and continued listing.
-
Must be renewed annually for continued visibility and platform access.
Failure to renew the annual subscription may result in:

Temporary suspension of trainer listing.
-
Removal from public search visibility.
-
Deactivation of trainer dashboard access.
-
Suspension of new course publication.
Payment of the annual platform fee does not guarantee course approval, participant registration, income generation, or minimum enrolment.
7. Trainer Certificate
Approved trainers may receive an official Trainer Certificate from London Academy of Dentistry.
The Trainer Certificate:

Confirms approved trainer status within the London Academy of Dentistry Global Trainer Network.
-
Is valid only during the active subscription period.
-
Does not represent university faculty appointment unless separately and specifically issued.
-
Does not permit the trainer to use the Academy name for unauthorised courses, independent advertising, or off-platform training.
London Academy of Dentistry reserves the right to withdraw trainer certification in cases of misrepresentation, misconduct, non-compliance, or non-renewal.
8. Course Structure and Teaching Hours
Each approved course should normally include 7 to 28 teaching hours.
A standard academic unit is defined as:

1 study unit = 7 hours of structured teaching
Courses may be offered as:

Online live training.
-
Clinical hands-on training.
-
Hybrid training.
-
Workshop-based training.
-
One-to-one mentorship.
-
Other formats approved by London Academy of Dentistry.
Longer programmes may be considered separately after academic review and administrative approval.
London Academy of Dentistry reserves the right to approve, modify, combine, defer, or reject proposed course structures.
9. Minimum Expected Faculty Fee
The minimum expected faculty fee is:

£5 per candidate per teaching hour for online training.

£10 per candidate per teaching hour for contact workshop training.
Faculty may propose a higher fee based on:

Course expenses.
-
Clinical materials.
-
Venue costs.
-
Special equipment.
-
Consumables.
-
Case-based value additions.
-
Live demonstrations.
-
Clinical complexity.
-
Hands-on support.
-
Overall academic value of the training.
All final course fees, trainer payouts, candidate fees, and publication approvals are subject to review and confirmation by London Academy of Dentistry before the course is published.
10. Revenue Sharing
For approved courses, all candidate fees are collected and managed through the London Academy of Dentistry platform.
The standard revenue-sharing model is:

70% to the faculty trainer

30% to London Academy of Dentistry
The Academy’s share covers platform use, administrative support, candidate coordination, payment handling, certification support, quality assurance, academic oversight, and related operational services.
The revenue-sharing model may vary only if separately agreed in writing before course publication.
11. Payment Collection and Off-Platform Payment Restriction
All candidate registrations and payments must be processed through the London Academy of Dentistry platform or through payment channels officially approved by London Academy of Dentistry.
The trainer must not:

Collect payments directly from candidates for Academy-listed courses.

Redirect candidates to personal payment links.
-
Offer discounts or private arrangements outside the platform.
-
Conduct the same Academy-listed course independently with registered candidates without approval.

Circumvent the Academy’s registration, payment, or certification process.
Violation of this policy may result in:

Immediate suspension.
-
Removal of course listing.
-
Withholding of payout.
-
Cancellation of trainer approval.
-
Refusal of future collaboration.
-
Legal or administrative action where applicable.
12. Payment Release to Trainers
Trainer payouts are normally released after successful completion of the approved course, subject to verification.
Payment release may depend on:

Course completion.
-
Attendance confirmation.
-
Participant feedback where applicable.
-
Submission of required academic materials.
-
Submission of MCQs and answer keys.
-
Absence of unresolved complaints or disputes.
-
Compliance with all platform and academic requirements.
Payments are typically processed within 7 to 14 working days after completion and verification. This timeline may vary depending on banking delays, international transfer issues, tax requirements, currency conversion, payment gateway processing, or administrative review.
London Academy of Dentistry may withhold, delay, reduce, or cancel payment in cases of:

Incomplete training delivery.

Candidate complaints.
-
Non-submission of assessment materials.
-
Misrepresentation.
-
Off-platform payment collection.
-
Breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Course cancellation caused by trainer non-availability.

Failure to provide promised materials or sessions.
13. One-Candidate Course Delivery Condition
By applying, the trainer confirms that they are willing to conduct the approved course even if only one candidate is registered, unless London Academy of Dentistry approves a different minimum candidate requirement in writing before publication.
If a trainer requires a minimum number of candidates for a specific course due to material costs, venue expenses, clinical arrangements, or logistical reasons, this must be clearly declared and approved before the course is published.
Once the course is published without a stated minimum candidate requirement, the trainer is expected to honour the approved delivery commitment.
14. Trainer Responsibilities
The faculty trainer is responsible for preparing and delivering the academic and clinical content of the course.
This includes:

Course title.

Course description.
-
Learning objectives.
-
Teaching schedule.
-
Presentations.
-
Demonstrations.
-
Clinical protocols.
-
Reading materials.
-
Case examples.
-
Hands-on arrangements where applicable.

Required instruments, materials, or consumables where agreed.

Assessment questions and answer keys.
-
Safe and ethical course delivery.
-
Professional communication with candidates.
The trainer must ensure that all teaching is:

Evidence-based.

Clinically responsible.
-
Within the trainer’s competence.
-
Ethical and professional.
-
Free from exaggerated, misleading, or unsupported claims.

Suitable for the advertised level of participants.
15. London Academy of Dentistry Responsibilities
London Academy of Dentistry supports approved courses through:

Platform listing.
-
Academic review.
-
Candidate registration.
-
Payment coordination.
-
Online classroom access where applicable.
-
Discussion group facilitation where applicable.

Candidate communication.
-
Certification.
-
Quality assurance.
-
Academic oversight.
-
Administrative coordination.

Trainer profile visibility.
London Academy of Dentistry does not guarantee:
-
Minimum candidate enrolment.
-
Fixed income.
-
Continuous course bookings.
-
Course approval for every proposed topic.
-
International recognition of every certificate in every jurisdiction.
-
Visa, travel, licensing, or local clinical permission for trainers or participants.
16. Course Approval and Publication
No course may be advertised, published, opened for registration, or delivered under the London Academy of Dentistry name unless approved by the Academy.
Before publication, London Academy of Dentistry may review:

Course title.
-
Course description.
-
Learning outcomes.
-
Trainer qualification.
-
Delivery format.
-
Teaching hours.
-
Candidate fee.
-
Faculty payout.
-
Materials required.
-
Schedule.
-
Assessment plan.
-
Certification wording.

Suitability for the target audience.
London Academy of Dentistry reserves the right to modify, defer, reject, unpublish, or suspend any course at any stage.
17. Assessment and MCQ Requirement
To maintain academic quality and consistency, approved trainers are required to develop assessment materials for their courses.
For every 1 study unit, equivalent to 7 hours of structured teaching, the trainer must provide a minimum of:

10 Multiple Choice Questions

One clearly correct answer for each question.

A complete answer key.
The MCQs must:
-
Be directly related to the course content.
-
Reflect appropriate academic and clinical standards.
-
Assess knowledge, understanding, application, and where relevant, clinical reasoning.

Be submitted in a clear format suitable for academic review and digital integration.
London Academy of Dentistry reserves the right to:

Review MCQs.
-
Edit or standardise language.
-
Reject unsuitable questions.
-
Use, adapt, and integrate MCQs into its academic systems.
-
Use assessment materials for evaluation, certification, quality assurance, and training support.
Failure to submit acceptable MCQs may result in:

Delay in certification.
-
Delay in trainer payout.
-
Suspension of course listing.
-
Review of trainer status.
-
Refusal of future course approval.
18. Certification of Participants
London Academy of Dentistry may issue certificates to participants who successfully complete approved courses, subject to attendance, participation, assessment, and other course-specific requirements.
Certificate issuance is managed by London Academy of Dentistry.
Trainers must not independently issue certificates using the London Academy of Dentistry name, logo, seal, address, or branding without written permission.
London Academy of Dentistry reserves the right to withhold certificates if:

Course delivery is incomplete.
-
Attendance criteria are not met.
-
Assessment requirements are not fulfilled.
-
Trainer materials are not submitted.
-
Candidate conduct or payment issues remain unresolved.
19. Professional Conduct and Ethical Standards
Trainers must maintain high professional, academic, and ethical standards.
Trainers must not:

Make false claims.
-
Misrepresent qualifications.
-
Guarantee clinical outcomes.
-
Promote unsafe practices.
-
Use unapproved patient material.
-
Violate patient confidentiality.
-
Discriminate against participants.
-
Engage in unprofessional communication.
-
Misuse the London Academy of Dentistry name.
-
Compete unfairly by diverting candidates outside the platform.
Any breach may result in suspension, removal, withholding of payment, cancellation of certification privileges, or further action.
20. Clinical Training, Licensing, and Local Compliance
For clinical hands-on courses, workshops, demonstrations, or patient-based training, trainers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, infection control standards, consent requirements, and professional rules.
The trainer must ensure that:

Clinical procedures are performed only where legally permitted.

Patient consent is properly obtained where applicable.
-
Appropriate infection control protocols are followed.
-
Materials and instruments are suitable and safe.
-
Participants are guided within ethical and legal boundaries.
-
Clinical demonstrations do not violate professional regulations.
London Academy of Dentistry is not responsible for unauthorised clinical practice, local licensing violations, patient disputes, or regulatory breaches caused by the trainer or local host unless separately agreed in writing.
21. Use of Uploaded Documents
Uploaded documents are used for:

Verification.
-
Internal review.
-
Approval decisions.
-
Academic record keeping.
-
Compliance purposes.
Documents will not be displayed publicly without consent, except where required by law, regulation, accreditation, audit, dispute resolution, or official verification.
The applicant agrees that London Academy of Dentistry may securely store submitted documents for administrative and academic purposes.
22. Intellectual Property and Course Materials
The trainer confirms that all submitted course materials, presentations, images, videos, clinical cases, MCQs, documents, and academic resources are either:

Created by the trainer.

Properly licensed.
-
Used with permission.
-
Free from copyright infringement.
The trainer must not upload or deliver copyrighted, copied, plagiarised, or unauthorised material.
By submitting academic materials to London Academy of Dentistry, the trainer grants London Academy of Dentistry permission to use, store, review, format, adapt, and display such materials for course delivery, candidate access, evaluation, certification, quality assurance, and platform-related academic purposes.
Ownership of original trainer-created material remains with the trainer unless otherwise agreed in writing. However, London Academy of Dentistry may retain copies for records, compliance, and course continuity.
23. Patient Images, Clinical Cases, and Confidentiality
If patient images, radiographs, scans, videos, or clinical cases are used, the trainer must ensure that:

Proper consent has been obtained.

Patient identity is protected wherever possible.

Confidential information is removed or anonymised.
-
Use of the material complies with applicable privacy and professional rules.
The trainer is solely responsible for obtaining necessary consent for any patient-related material submitted or presented.
London Academy of Dentistry reserves the right to remove any case material that may raise ethical, legal, privacy, or professional concerns.
24. Communication and Platform Updates
By submitting the application, the trainer agrees to receive communication from London Academy of Dentistry regarding:

Platform updates.

Candidate registrations.
-
Payment coordination.

Academic requirements.

Certification.

Policy updates.
Communication may be sent by email, WhatsApp, platform notification, or other official channels used by London Academy of Dentistry.
25. Candidate Communication
All candidate communication related to Academy-approved courses must remain professional, transparent, and consistent with London Academy of Dentistry policies.
Trainers must not:

Make separate financial arrangements with candidates.

Provide contradictory course information.
-
Promise certification outside approved terms.
-
Share unapproved payment links.
-
Collect personal documents unnecessarily.
-
Misuse candidate contact information.
-
Add candidates to unrelated groups or promotions without consent.
London Academy of Dentistry may monitor course-related communication where necessary for academic coordination and quality assurance.
26. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Refunds, cancellations, deferrals, and rescheduling are managed by London Academy of Dentistry according to the published course terms.
Trainers must not independently promise refunds, discounts, deferrals, or alternative arrangements without written approval from London Academy of Dentistry.
If a course is cancelled or postponed due to trainer unavailability, inadequate preparation, non-compliance, or failure to deliver, London Academy of Dentistry may:

Reschedule the course.

Assign another trainer.

Withhold trainer payout.

Recover losses where applicable.

Review the trainer’s future participation.
27. Complaints, Disputes, and Quality Review
London Academy of Dentistry may review complaints from candidates, trainers, faculty, or administrative teams.
Complaints may relate to:

Misleading information.

Non-delivery.
-
Incomplete materials.
-
Unprofessional behaviour.
-
Payment issues.
-
Certification concerns.
-
Clinical safety concerns.
During a dispute or investigation, London Academy of Dentistry may:

Delay payment.

Request explanation from the trainer.

Review attendance and course materials.
-
Contact participants.

Modify or cancel future listings.
The decision of London Academy of Dentistry in relation to platform listing, approval, payment release, certification, and trainer continuation shall be final, subject to applicable law.
28. Platform Rights
London Academy of Dentistry reserves the right to:

Modify trainer listings.

Update platform design and features.
-
Change approval workflows.
-
Edit displayed content.
-
Suspend or remove trainers.
-
Remove courses.
-
Change service structure.
-
Introduce additional compliance requirements.

Update pricing or revenue policies for future courses.

Restrict platform access for non-compliance.
Continued use of the platform means the trainer accepts the latest platform policies and Terms and Conditions.
29. No Employment or Agency Relationship
Approval as a trainer does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency, or legal representation relationship between the trainer and London Academy of Dentistry.
The trainer remains an independent professional responsible for their own:

Tax obligations.

Professional registration.
-
Local licensing.
-
Insurance.
-
Clinical compliance.
-
Personal legal obligations.
-
Professional conduct.
30. Tax, Legal, and Professional Responsibility
Trainers are responsible for complying with their own tax, accounting, licensing, insurance, visa, employment, and professional obligations in their country or region.
London Academy of Dentistry may deduct or withhold applicable taxes, transaction charges, banking fees, or statutory amounts where required by law or payment processing systems.
The trainer is responsible for obtaining independent legal, tax, or professional advice where required.
31. Limitation of Liability
London Academy of Dentistry acts as an academic platform connecting approved trainers and course participants.
London Academy of Dentistry is not liable for:

Individual clinical outcomes.

Trainer negligence.
-
Unauthorised clinical activity.
-
Local licensing violations.
-
Personal arrangements between trainers and participants.
-
Travel, visa, accommodation, or personal expenses unless specifically agreed.

Loss of income due to low enrolment.
-
Technical interruptions beyond reasonable control.
-
Claims arising from inaccurate trainer information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, London Academy of Dentistry’s liability is limited to platform-related administrative responsibilities directly under its control.
32. Suspension, Removal, and Termination
London Academy of Dentistry may suspend or remove a trainer from the platform if the trainer:

Provides false information.

Fails verification.
-
Breaches these Terms and Conditions.

Collects off-platform payments.
-
Fails to deliver approved courses.
-
Receives serious complaints.
-
Fails to submit required academic materials.
-
Misuses the Academy name or logo.

Acts unprofessionally.

Fails to renew the annual subscription.
-
Violates applicable laws or professional standards.
Suspension or removal does not automatically entitle the trainer to refund of subscription fees or compensation.
33. Changes to Terms and Conditions
London Academy of Dentistry may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated terms may apply to:

Renewals.
-
New course submissions.
-
Continued use of the platform.
-
Future trainer participation.
Continued use of the platform after updates means the trainer accepts the revised Terms and Conditions.
34. Confirmation and Acknowledgement
By ticking the confirmation checkbox and submitting the form, the applicant confirms that:

All information provided is true and accurate.

All uploaded documents are genuine and valid.
-
They have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
-
They agree to comply with the policies of the London Academy of Dentistry Global Trainer Network.

They understand that approval is not guaranteed.
-
They understand that the annual platform fee is non-refundable.
-
They understand that all approved course payments must be processed through London Academy of Dentistry.
-
They understand that the standard revenue share is 70% to the faculty trainer and 30% to London Academy of Dentistry.
-
They agree to conduct approved courses according to the Academy’s academic and administrative requirements.
